removing side bumper strips!

hey,

does anybody know how to remove the side bumper strips?

im thinking of having them sprayed same colour as the car but have no idea how to get them off

oh yeah and does anybody know where i could get the erm, inductionkit connector plate thing for the clio mk2 facelift 1.2 16v engine? mine cracked and it wont hold the filter from my K&N and ill be damned if im buying another kit...

Ebay is your best bet mate for the filter adaptor.

As for removing the strips, it's hard the first time as they'll be stuck a bit due to dirt build up, the door strips on the front come off by sliding them rearwards, and the rear panel ones need sliding forwards to come off.
