Removing side repeaters

Right i've managed to pop the lenses out as in the pic below, but how do i remove the bulb? :S
I've tried pulling and twisting but neither seems to work

Please help

hold the white plastic bit and twist the lens anti-clockwise.. it may be a bit stiff but thats how u do it

i jsut changed mine to clears.. but the bloke supplied orange bulbs..
