Removing Sill Covers? Help!!!

Hi

My friend has a 172 phase 1 that he is breaking. I would like the sill covers off the car and he doesn't have a clue how to remove them. Anybody help me out as i would really like them for my car?

Get some fine wire and feed it under the plates and pull it along like a cheese wire

they do trust me! i fitted some to my car there only stuck on!!

^^ i have no idea if the paint will fade around it - if its from an another car and your putting them on yours why would that be an issue :S
