removing sound deadening ??

is removing the sound deadening under the bonnet any danger?? I mean will the heat mess the bonnet paint work up??

there have been 4 threads on the same thing this week
it is completely harmless removing the sound deadening from under your bonnet
and it makes the engine bay look tidier
i removed mine the other day and it looks so much better

Can you re-use the plastic gromets that hold it in place again?

yes, just dont brake them when removing
