removing sparks

  FOR SALE - Mk1 V6

the haynes says i need a Plastic tool...... what the???

never taken the sparks out so not sure.

no, just a deep socket will do! make sure you dont x-tread them when you put them back in, and tighten them firmly (to the right torque if you can) or they might decide to kamikaze out when youre driving!

  FRST and 106 GTi

when fiting new spark plugs, usually I drive some km (like 10 or 20) with the new spark plugs and then re-tigh them.

Dont need to be hulk hoogan on this one... :)

lol - had that on my first car - mk 2 fez - broke the bloody ceramic surrounds before i could get them off coz they were so seized.

...chich reminds me - you might wanna grease the threads befor you put them in - copper ease, vaseline?
