removing steering wheel and disconnecting airbag

which is the airbag connection can see two connectors on top of the steering column ?

also ho do a get the wheel off ?

am i going to need a steering wheel puller ?

the wheel pulls off. you'll have to rock it from side to side to loosen it off the column. it'll eventually pull of. just take time your time.

behind the steering wheel there are 2 pins, one on the left and other on the right.

you need to pop these off, so use a flat headed screwdriver and pop them out, once both have come off the metal holder on the back the centre comes out, and you then disconnect the connection.

Then you need a Torx 45 i think or torx 50, and remove the bolt in the centre, job done

too late already pulled the wheel off ! do i have to disconnect the yellow and green plugs which are connected to the air bag ?

^ did you get it off without the airbag exploding in your face then ? haha,

i should have said that last night, but i though you had disconnected it allready, sorry

Yes you need to remove those plugs, but disconnect battery first

will disconnect the battery now, yeah i done it with all hooked up still. i like danger ! how do them plugs disconnect ?

got them out :D just need to get indicator stalks off and i think i will be able to get the dash out !

how doi get the stalks out without breaking anythink lol !

whe whole dash is coming out, lower and upper parts. the wheel is off. just need to take the stalk out soi can get the dash out the car

Dash is now out, 2 little silver pozi screws are retaining right hand stalk, removed this and dash came out easier :rasp:
