Removing The Clio Stereo





I am a small time theif and would like some help removing the clio stero in the fastest time possiable so I dont get caught.......

Just kiding I got a new stereo at last, so whats the best method of getting the stock one out i.e. what should I stick in the holes to get it out. (no inuendos thanks) Or where can I get the corect tools.

you can buy the proper tools from almost any car shop, just tell them what you are trying to do, usually cost around £2-3

tbh get a wire coat hanger, break it into 2 longish bits, fold them over into a u shape and stick em in, thats it.

4 wooden kebab scewers will do the trick mate, just push them in flat end first until they push the spring clips back and then pull HU out.

its really easy if you have the tools - my neighbour (who works with in-car phones, etc so probably a lot better than i could do) did mine in a matter of minutes - standard philips one goodbye, hello new jvc
