Removing throttle body..

Car  Megane Coupe 2.0 16v VVT
Hi,

Im going to remove my throttle body tomorrow to clean it and hopefully that will stop the revs jamming at 2k.

Thing is, My Megane Coupe has the throttle body at the back as opposed to the side and removing the box for the air filter was a job in itself.

Anyone be able to give me a few pointers to help?

Thanks

John

easier to remove the plenum first. The TB is bolted to the back of the rocker cover and it's tough to get to the bolts, and it's not far off impossible to get the airbox out (can be done, just a tosser)

Plenum? :o

Its doing the rev jam thing again when i get to 4000 revs then going into limp mode, Even when i switch the engineoff and on the revs are jammed at 2000k revs.

Doing my nut in.

s**t.

Its hard finding them for this aswell because its not the same as the Clio.

May aswell sell it cos i cant afford to keep replacing parts.
