Removing tints

well, got pulled over today! for having tints. had to follow poilce to a car park to get my tints measured by VOSA. been told i have 5 days to remove them.. i dont even fink they are that bad but anyway.. whats the easiest way to get tints off? help will be apprecited!

Hairdryer, Stanley blade and some white spirit to remove excess glue.
