Renault Alarm Prob (cont...) Phone number?

Ok i posted the other day about the problem with the 182 alarm, i had spooken to the the dealer and they said there happy to fix it under warrenty but they have asked me if i can get the telephone which renauly need to call to speak about the alarm problem (the 'RS+15')

Tell them to ring Renault technical assistance. If they cannot or don't know this number then ring Renault Uk and explain this to them they won't be impressed that a Renault dealership don't know there own technical number. I'd go to another dealership though anyway if they don't know the Renault phone number.
