Renault clio 2003 unable to move driver's seat

Hi,

New to this forum.

I have a 2003 Renault clio in uk & I can't move the driver's seat backwards or forwards.

I can't see anything stuck underneath that's jamming it. But when I lift up the release handle the RIGHT side of the driver's seat looks like it's releasing from the track but the LEFT side doesn't look like it's releasing.

1.So any tips on how to get it working before I remove the seat
2.if I have to remove the seat- what is the best way
3.once I remove the seat where do I start/ what am I looking for

Never done this before,pretty competent once I have instructions.

You'll probably find there's something like a small coin hidden in the slider.
To remove you unbolt it from underneath the car. Easy to do, 4 nuts, 2 of the holes to access the nuts have small plugs you have to prise out, the other 2 are just open holes. It's pretty self explanatory to be honest once you look under the car.
