Renault Clio Sport V6 3.0 PH1 steering wheel?

Hi! Few days ago in my Volvo 240 parts i find this sterring wheel - i find out it's from Renualt Clio 2, probably PH1. Then I search more and I think it's Clio Sport V6 3.0 steering wheel... Is this true? How much money they are worth? I'm not really into Renault, sory for stupid questions! I hope somone can help me!

Ok, update - it's ph174 exclusive steering wheel. Anyone can tell me more about it?

It's been retrimmed, exclusive steering wheels are just normal ph1.
