first service due next month, called dealers and will do it for £184...........they did state if anyone else could do it cheaper let them know....thinking that means they have competition!!!

Parks Renault in Hamilton done mine for £145 last week mate...theres a guy called Davie at Parks in Hamilton who said if you quote his name when booking they'll give a discount.
If you search for the user name MTM aka Martin all the details are in the thread he put up just after he'd had it done.
My dads known Davie for years, always get a good turn from him

I just said someone i know had came here and had his 197 done mate, he asked for a name i just said Martin with a silver 197..
I'd to request a walk round, Davie wasn't there it was another guy who came across abit toss tbh.
The car came back tip top tho.
They tried to charge me £66 for fitting and balancing two tyres i'd supplied tho lol..
Total service came to £166, but it originally started at £211, i was like whats the extra £66 for?
He said fitting and balancing you're new tyres, i said i tell you what mate, take them back off, put the old ones back off and i'll go across to national and they'll do it for £10 per tyre, he then changed his tune to i'll price match national so all in £166.

dealers called me today and agreed £177 with them, means its only a 5 minute drive there and back so booked in for 13.9.2008 but today service due flashed up on dash so guess my car was programmed 1 year ago! car is in bodyshop next week to finally get drivers door repaired
