Just went and took the car for a diagnosis and the only current fault is the idle control valve *they didn't understand what i meant when i said i thought it was the stepper motor anyway* I cleaned it the other day.
Anyways, 294.78 for the new ICV!!! That's too funny, sure I can get it cheap at GSF or something.
Now I know why the revs were dropping, it's working ok at the mo and at least it's an easy job but labour on top of the 300 for the valve would be so expensive! Glad i can do it myself.
Bloke also said warning lights should go off after the problem has been fixed!
