  Focus ST
Don't go Enfield....

A long list of problems, in a sentance:

They sold me a car with one rear shock gone, blown head gasket and now they are telling me that my brakes are rusty.

I only bought it from them 3 weeks ago, supposedly had it 25 point check at the time of purchase. Now they want £300 to fix the brakes.

Big rip off merchants.....:(

Whilst i've not had any dealings with them there's a Renault Specialist in Bedford - Ashby Cars (http://www.renault-clio.com/service.asp). Might be worth a call if you don't find anywhere else in the surrounding area to you?

From an RTE on another car forum i sometimes frequent -

1. As long as the Garage you are using is VAT registered then they can stamp the book.

2. As long as the Garage carrys out the work to renault specifications and procedures they can stamp the book.

3. As long as the Garage uses genuine Renault parts or parts to Renault specification they can stamp your book.

Edit - oops, forget to add, ALL of the points above must be met.

All of the above is legal and will be honoured by your warranty under some european directive, have a google for it or caontact Renault to find out their posistion on it.

  Ziel Nurburgring
Rentech on the southcoast or GDI in Cambs, not really that local though. They know what they are going with the cars. CS members get a little discount i think. Both very highly recommended

  Mondeo STTDCI
RSport Wimbledon
BBPT
Rentech
GDi.

And if it HAS to be a Renault dealer, I have used Ilford, Romford and Toomey's of Basildon. Would only bother with Toomeys.
