That wheel is tempting. It was nasty going from the 197 to the 182 again on Tuesday. I love the smaller wheel, especially when on track.

The MK3 wheel does fit the 1*2 though, is that right?

Dont think the 197 wheel will fit mk2's but will fit mk3's

Anyone know if the Cruise control connections are the same?

Could be a nice alternative to the bus like one in my 182 whilst retaining airbag & cruise control controls.

Looks like a completely different shape to the ones on the 1*2's , might be just the angle of the pic though .

doesnt look like it... although it may just be a case of "its designed to suit these cars" rather than "it only fits these cars"

A dude on here the other day was asking if a mk3 wheel (I think from a 197) would fit his mk2 vee - the answer was no as the splines are different.

Went to my dealer yesterday and they said the parts are not available what is going on there so asked the salesman to look into it for me
