im 19, been driving just over a year, got 3 points (pc30) and 1 claim to my name (rear shunt).

cheapest i have had ever lol, payments going down from £180 per month to £138.
what you guys make of that?

I suppose if you're young with a claim and some points, any premium is going to cost the earth, but I don't think I could ever spend that much money on insurance!

Still, over the next few years that price will start to drop, just be a bit careful!

lol, didnt see the replies. the pc30 was for parking up to jump into a card shop on my local high street. i got back into the car 2 minutes later (literally) and a T5 drove beside me pulled me over. read me my rights, told me that i was on zig zag lines, which were aobut 15ft away from the zebra crossing, and it was only my rear wheels. got £60 fine and 3 points, id been driving 2 months
