Renfort Plate

Got one of these ordered, just wondering if anyone has any advice or tips on fitting it. (Box is not coming out as its only just gone back in)

Is this the bolt in diff plate you can get off eBay?

Ah right. All I'd do is stuff some rag in the box and cover it in grease to catch the swarf. Loctite the bolts in and check what they are in terms of rating. I've seen some snap and some come loose and go in the box. The end result is the same - fucked gearbox.
