replacement front speakers

was jus upgrading the speakers, jus got some for the rear - nothing special JBL 2 ways.

still got the standard U but prob replace it as i want the new alpine one with ipod interface, therefore should i just be lazy and put some two ways in the front to or replace as components.

are the old tweets easy to get out is the big question?

im not going to change the wires either.

old tweeters are easy to get out, though it involves removing the top dash, removal guide on cliosport main page

i would not use a set of coax speakers in the place of the existing mid driver, as the sound will be far to harsh, components are the best way forward

for the extra bit of effort the quality of the sound will be vastly improved

removing the dash... hmmm. suppose i could cure them creaks and rattles at the same time...
