as some of you will have heard my engine died and I sourced a replacement cheap with low miles from a 2006 reg clio campus. I have removed my engine and noticed other than the odd cosmetic changes I can't find where certain bits go... (ecu, coilpack etc)
I was then told by my friend who is a mechanic when he popped round after work when I had both engines side by side that some of the sensors attached to the newer engine are different (look the same to me :S)
what were the changes to the newer d4f that were made? and would I still be able to fit this newer version to my gearbox, (gearbox still being in the car I ran out of time before it got dark to compare bolt patterns...)
did search and there seems to be no mention of someone changing the d4f and encountering this.
thanks
