Replacing factory alarm- direct replacement or aftermarket?

hi, i think i need to replace the factory alarm unit- can i get a direct cobra replacement or should i look at aftermarket?

basically i don't want to have to press the key to lock/unlock the door and then a fob button to arm/disarm the alarm.
