Replacing front speakers in a Mk1

  Renault Clio Mk1 1.2
ok, ive got a Mk1 clio and i sucessfully installed my Infinity Sub and Infinity Amp several months ago and a couple of weeks ago i decided it was about time i replaced my front speakers so that i could use my system to its full potential, because as it is im at serious risk of blowing my speakers if i turn the volume up lol Anway decided i wanted Infinity speakers to have a full Infinity system so i found out the size of my speakers (4") and ordered some Infinity co-axial speakers,.. and here comes the problem.... the grill doesnt go back on with my new speakers bcoz the tweeters stick out too much, in any other car this wudnt be a problem but the air outlet is intergrated into the grill. Does anybody have any suggestions or know of any way i can modify the way in which the speakers are mounted.

So far people hav sugested cutting a hole in the grill for the tweeter to come out of but i think this will look tacky, the other option thats been suggested is to get components but Infinity dont make 4" ones so that idea is out of the window,. only other thing i can think of is getting a custom door build.

Any one got any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated

And i appolagise if this or similar has been posted before :)

yeah if its a mk one, cut the grill off, where are the speakers going,(door speakers) i just screwed the new covers on the top after cutting a hole in the door card, if its in the dash, then the plastic latticey bit cuts out, and you can glue some more mesh over the top, or leave it, as infinity speakers are vv attractive!!
