replacing rear discs 172

can i change the rear discs on the 172? to large or at least drilled discs / grooved discs... dont care about increased stopping power this is for athestic puposes only.

You cant change to larger discs without upsetting the bias and having to retify it.

As for fancy looking ones, yea.
