Replacing rear discs and pads, should I put new front pads in as well?

  Looking for 182
Is it best practice to replace all brake pads at the same time, regardless of wear? Or can I put new rears in and leave the fronts until they are worn?

Also, if I'm fitting new rear discs (just OEM ones), should I also considering replacing front discs as well? (with the Brembo £45 ones, and OEM pads). Or will new rear discs on their own be ok?

Thanks
