Why dont they just try turn it over by hand? Or, someone go to view it and do that, then even thou it does turn over by hand (so not seized), breath in through teeth and say 'oooo, engines knackered, ill give you £6k tops'

£6500 is a tad steap considering engine is seized , i nearly bought a 197 the other week with 17" oz''s , recaro's , few mods for 8k , and that was on 30k miles
