Reserve tank?

Hey all, had my 182 about 4 weeks now and I notice that when the fuel light comes on it no longer shows you how many miles till empty is this normal, I have no idea how many miles I can do on the reserve tank can anyone advise and also tell me why the guage reads ---- for miles until empty as soon as the fuel light comes on? Kinda annoying

Mine hits 30 miles to go before it goes blank. I just reset the trip computer at that point.

Is it not a bit weird that the computer no longer tells you how many miles left of driving you have when the light comes on lol? Or is it only me that thinks that

Mine goes to ---- when it hits 35 miles. I usually just switch to the trip meter so I can keep an eye on it. I aim to refuel within 20 miles just in case.

It is annoying not knowing exactly how many miles are left. I just make sure I fill up up before I've done 30 miles on the fuel light.

lol true beef, was just wondering how many miles of sensible driving before you actually ground to a halt you know just my previous car an ST Fiesta it showed distance until empty and then the fuel light came on with 50 miles until empty. Just found it odd that the clio system no longer tells you how many miles you got left heh

i dont get that i goes ---- but when you hold the button on the stalk and turn the igintion on it can still tell you how much is left in the tank

When my trip computer worked it'd go to --- at 36 miles too.
Didn't see it very often though. I always like to have at least a quarter of a tank in the car just in case.

i dont even think renault trust it, thats y they cut it off when it says around 30miles left.
