Resinated noise from cat?

is the is normal for a clio 182? when i put my foot down it always make a resinated noise coming from the cat its always been like this ever since i've bought my clio with the OEM exhaust and now have a janspeed
just used to having my 1.2 clio lol

My car seems to have developed this problem recently and in my case its the joint between the cat and downpipe leaking, im fitting a new complete cat fitting kit asap but this time im buying genuine, if i was you this would be my first port of call.

yeah i bought the kit your on about mate and still getting the same noise just not sure if thats the sound of the sport
