retrieving pictures from w800!

How? whenever i connect the USB cable, it comes up with a message saying "memory stick not available" and this is where all the pictures are stored!

fookin pissing me off, the SE website is useless for help!

iv worked out how to do it, but thanks for the link james! will be of some use no doubt!
