Retrieving pop 3 details from outlook express?

My dad has his own business but all the computers and email systems was set up by someone else. Tonight he bought an iPhone and he wants to setup the exchange email on it. Is there anyway of retrieving the pop3 details from outlook to set it up on the iPhone?

Just go to your ISP's website.

There's normally a section in the help on how to set-up pop email.

he already has it setup, just wants it on his iPhone. He doesn't know his server and password etc. Thanks.

That's where you get the server details from...............

Here, enter the email settings needed to download your email. These are:
Incoming mail (POP3) - pop.tiscali.co.uk
Outgoing mail (SMTP) - smtp.tiscali.co.uk
