Retrim aftermarket wheel?

Since selling my mk3 200 wheel I am now looking at re-trimming my OMP targa wheel so it looks new again.

Has anyone done this, looked through the search option but that seems to be only the standard wheels in leather.

When I get enough money I would like to buy either the sabelt cup racer or OMP Kubic wheel, which one would people prefer?
