Retrim Steering Wheel

Hi Just purchased a 172 cup 2004 ph11 and wondered if anyone knew where I could get my steering wheel retrimmed as the thumb grips are in a terrible state

The re-trimmed wheels in that thread look better than when they left the Renault factory.
