Returning to standard camber

I'm going to be replacing track rod ends and top mounts and I'm considering going back to original camber. Has anyone else gone back to standard and did it make much difference. I'm finding it very unstable on rougher streets/roads.

I've just gone the other way, I.e. From standard to adding camber, and the car is noticeably more of a handful on the road, much keener to tram line and follow camber changes. Doesn't bother me as it's more for track use but I'd say going back to standard will help as long as nothing else is wrong e.g. Toe settings

Standard is standard for a reason I guess, it's feels so much better now its back to standard on the rough roads around here. Anyone for some camber bolts?

do you have a size for the standard bolts? im taken my camber bolts out. need to replace top mounts and cant be bothered with camber any more. it was great for cornering ... loved it but its a nightmare.

I had camber and went through about 8 sets of tyres in a year. Defo not for road use.
More likely your tracking was out. How much camber were you running and did you adjust the tracking after the camber?

I have 2 and a bit degrees camber on mine and haven't noticed any uneven tyre wear on the road - my camber bolts have been fitted over a year and a half but I don't do many miles.

i done 12,000 miles in mines regrettably. dont get me wrong i had 4 part worn tyres and 2 brand new with 2 also being on the front when i got the car so not too bad.

I spoke to a company in glasgow and they said camber is a waste of time for fast road use and the mechanic who redone my springs has tightened my camber bolts all the way up ( dunno if this is good or bad ) thats why im looking to return to standard camber.
