rev counter

i have a prob with my rev counter - just wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing... its tempremental on then off then on, seems to come on whne going over bumps and when cornering quickly!! when i got the car serviced the guys at the garage said i need a new dash panel costing £900....... GOOD LUCK!!! i think its a loose connection or is this an underlying renault prob?

Could be connection behind dials.. or connection the the coil pack.

If it IS the dials which are broke, its about £50 from a brakers for Williams dials.

Think your best bet is to get a replacement rev counter, £200 from Reno or £50 from a scrappy, still not found the cause of this problem.

i had this problem so replaced the dials. New ones cost £40 from garage and are easy to fit
