Reversing and indicator comes on?

Last few days iv noticed when reversing and i put my foot on the brake the right indicator comes on but only when in reverse.

Then when im driving down the road indicating right and brake the indicator goes crazy as if one bulb is out which its not?

Can anyone shed any light on this please.

when u press brake some times does fog light on dash partially light up too

chances are the connections to back light with have got rusty and shorting other circuit

take back lights out check the connection block n clean up the pins

Yes at first it was the fog lights then i noticed they stopped and now its the right indicator. When i first got the car the brake light and indicator wasn't working on the right hand side, took the
light off and found the connecters were all rusty so cleaned them up and it worked fine so ill check them and see what its like thanks

use loads of wd40 get it as clean as u can then use some vasaline on the connector
