Rich/Al/Brazo i'm on a spendin spree

I like tryin new things. So suggest away for a full detail. This one's for the old man, so the detail is free, but he's payin for the products. (Call it board and lodgin fee's!)

Polishin - Happy with the Menz, But as per my last post, not sure what th PO91L is like... (Will prob stick to 3:02 tho) Suggest otherwise. Paint is swirly, granted you cant see it, but will need a fair cut.

Glaze - Been using crysal wet glaze Ghemical guys - Really like it, but quite fancy Clearkote Red moose or megs numer #7....

Sealant - Don't you dare suggest EGP after my hatred of it. Been using Jeff's for most the yr and happy with that. (We can kind of rule out this section)

Wax - Thought i'd give ONYX a bash, heard great reviews. Got, puple haze, 50:50, pete's 53, XXX. Had P21 so thats another no no from me

Interior - I've really got no idea. it's no my forte at all... Need somethign for the dash, but also a cloth that doesn't leave lint on the surface!
Seats and carpets too...

Tyres - Happy with
Wheels - Happy with

I've bought...well not yet bought Megs APC, bought the diluting spray/foam thing too.

the chem guys stuff you got me for interior is spot on. works a treat on carpets and mats etc.

best stuff i have used.

Stick to 3.02

if using Swissvax onyx get some cleaner fluid and ignore sealant and glaze stages

As above for the paint. Swissvax Onyx is my go to wax for a decent budget (though am awaiting the two Dodo's for Dark Paint to try in comparison).

Interior plastics, clean with AG Interior Cleaner, Dress with Poorboys Natural Look, maintain with Megs Interior QD.

Seats and carpets Megs APC 10:1 or AG Interior Shampoo.

Ummmmmm .... 40 quid vs over 100 though? BOS also does not look twice as good, only margainally better to the trained eye, will be more durable.

My Mystery looks not much better then Onyx and that is nearly 10 times the price.

BOS is the best wax I have ever used, jus not sure it will ever justify it's cost looks wise over Onyx.

I know he will be chufffed with Onyx, what he may see looks wise upgrading to BOS is not worth the extra beer tokens tbh. Durability wise the upgrade starts to become worth it, but I know form previous post he has no issues banging on an extra coat now and then ...

Yeah i used some Purple Haze and TBH i was amazed at the results on a black and Dark blue car, on par with onyx.

Mat is kindly sorting me some samples of the PH and the Blue Velvet to try so will report back after use. Both will be in comparsion to Onyx or Zymol Carbon for me.

I thought 50:50 was as good as PH on Illiad blue... Mayb my eyes are not as good. But i couldn't see a difference on depth or wetness.

Wasnt illiad blue,

Maybe you will not see much Diff in onyx.

Onyx had the slight edge for me on Black vs 50:50.

On the same kind of price point 50:50 looked better than Zymol Carbon on it, and looks wise was the same as Souveran.

Need to repolish the bonnet on the 182 so will use that as a test for looks. Will try it on the 306 for durability.

50/50 doesnt last aswell as Ph definately, with my motorway miles Ph is still going strong, i would agree with Brazo for a cleaner fluid but if u want a glaze get prima amigo the finish is awesome and it leaves a perfect layer for the sealant/wax
