my cars been in the garage since the 6th of jan and they still havnt started work on it yet, they quoted 3 days on the 6th, they always promise next, next ,next week, they dont even ring me when its not going to be ready, I HATE IT WHEN THEY DONT RING, anyway i want to pick it up, but it cant be towed and it wont start, i have rac cover though would they pick it up for me, oh and they got a truck to pick the car up would i still have to pay for this if they dont fix tthe car???

right, advice needed

yeh but im screwed as the alarm system is broke so its emmobilsed and theres no clutch, just spoke to them and they said next tuesday, aperently they need special ramps cause its so low, different excuse every week, and another thing i drive past it very morning and it hasnt moved since i dropped it there, and they have many other cars in to be fixed that come and go surely this cant be right????? im at the end of my teather now

Understand about the ramp, most ramps wont lift lowered cars that easy, mine does
Mind you 5 weeks aint to bad, lady came in to see me wednesday and her car had been at the garage since valentines day last year!!! all in needs is a head gasket , doing that this week for her if I can free the brakes off on the thing!
