Ring bulbs what they like??

Iv been looking at getting a new set of bulbs i had Philips xenon look bulbs in my cup headlights but 1 of them has now blown and iv been looking at the Ring bulbs i want some very bright bulbs with a blue tint to them what are they like and whats the best ones to go for??
