Ripping DVD's to NAS

I ended up doing my collection, used DVD Fab HD decryption which took about 5 min each film for just the main movie. then used Auto Gordian Knot to convert them, could just add loads of .iso to a queue and leave the pc on all day/night.
Converted to .avi so I could still get 5.1, FF/RW, supported file format and not a great loss in quality. around 2GB per film in the end.

C.J have you got a back up copy on a different HDD?
after selling everything, would be a b**ch to lose all you're hard work

Not yet, but I'm planning on doing that. £80 for a 2TB should do. Currently got around 800GB of Bluray/DVD movies. (plus 100GB of 3D movies).
