just got me one of these, just wondering if the rear laser sensor/detector works thru a tinted rear window??

would be affected i reckon. After all laser is light and light is restricted through the tint isnt it.

Wonder how effective the rear sensor is?

The rear sensor is pretty crap IMHO

It just sits ont eh screen side of the unit...facing backwards, and where the unit sits ont he clio dash it becomes pointless anyways.
