Road Paint

Whats the best thing to get this off? i have a small amount of white road paint, on both sides of my car down by the wheels, theres also some in the wheel arch's too.

Ooh, that's not good, poor liquidy yellow! Would like to know the answer to this also, my mum has got loads of paint down the side of her car too.

I would try some clay first of all. Others have been able to remove it with White Spirit.

Ok i'll give it ago Rich, will the white spirit damage my paintwork if it comes to using that?

Will be fine, just wash it off well and make sure you re wax after.

My car got coated in tar after getting stuck in roadworks and they had a tub of boiling tar next to my car fo 2 minutes, i thought it was steam at first, but it covered the car in black spots, i had to white spirit the whole thing to get it off. some of the plastics went grey, but the paint was fine afterwards.
