link wasnt workign for a few weeks, they had problems with too many people doing it so they apparently went back to the drawing board for a website that can cope but i cant tell any difference.

I bought some Premium Bonds online at about 1am this morning
I thought they could only be bought at the Post Office.

Pretty soon we will be able to buy everything without moving from the PC.
