Rocker cover sealant

Hi guys
Will be fitting the head back onto the block this week. i was wondering if a special sealant is needed between the head and the rocker cover or will and gasket sealant do the trick.

Also what torque doe the camshaft bearing bolts need to be tightened to?

The rocker cover needs the proper blue renault seal and and there are specific torque and tightening patterns.

The Renault stuff I've used before was loctite 518 and it's red. Good stuff!
