Roll centre correction

Has anyone thought about or had a new hub machined with the ball joint and track rod bracket mounted in a lower position? Instead of the longer pins

They're not one piece, which I think is what he means.
Would be better modular anyway so you can fine tine the suspension geometry. Exactly like what they did for the s1600 clio.

If you want a road car setup then just raise the lower arm mounting points up to keep the standard lower bj, and thread the end of the arb and weld a bracket to the wishbones for drop links, that site does them.

Most car owners would buy second hand fuel and pre-loved wipers if they could.

£4k for billet uprights.... more chance of getting a BJ off the pope!

What would the benefit be for a road car? I'm assuming less maintenance? But you could buy a new kit every year for the next 8 years instead as an alternative.
