Rough Gearbox

Im a bit puzzled with my gearbox if you select 2nd sometimes you can get a sort of mechanical notchy feeling. Also when in 2nd if you put slight pressure on the stick moving it to the left you get a horrible sort of meshing feeling through the stick. I can only describe it as what i have experienced on other cars as a feeling like the linkage is touching the exhaust
At first i thought it was the linkage catching underneath but it does not seem the case any ideas :S

Is your gearbox/engine dogbone mount on the way out?

Should be ok sorry forgot to mention had powerflex dogbone kit fitted and the ktec engine/gearbox mounts

Then your synco has gone on 2nd then.

Drive it until it dies then get a recon'ed box.
