ROugh idle leading to car stalling

This only happens when the engine is cold, i have to sit there at the traffic lights reving my car or it will stall! bag of w**k lol. any one know what this could be? oh and its not spark plugs i changed them a few weeks ago and it still does it.

had same problem was TDC sensor for me but could be a number of other things

well its not the throttle body cuz i cleaned that up last time i took my engine apart.
