Rover 200 wheels?

Someones offered me some pro race 1.2's but there currently on a rover 200. The are 4 stud but will they fit? Are they the same boresize?
 
They will usually use spiggot rings, so you can purchase the relevant rings cheaply enough. Offset is the most important thing to check.
