  Hi comp phase 1
Hi
Just had my phase 1 172 tested at surrey rolling road

Peak BHP at fly 169.1
peak BHP at wheel 139.8

Are these results ok or is there alot of BHP lost though the drive train ?

I have a standard engine
Any comments good or bad would be much appreciated

cheers

Seems good to me mate. When I went to Surrey RR, my 182 made 178 @ the fly. 169 is a good result!

  Dodgy one
Power at the Wheels and Power at the Flywheel, at the whees is what you want to be looking at :)

Thats a 20% Difference, dunno if thats high it depends on the RR.

Although some RR only account for a 15% for FWD and 20% for RWD, though as said before it depends on the RR and conditions of the day inc. tyre pressure, air pressure and temperture!

  Hi comp phase 1
Cheers guys
I am pleased with the fly wheel power, but the power loss at the wheels seems to be alot. I know there is a loss through the drive train but almost 20%! :S

It would be nice if some people could post their 'bhp' results for flywheel and wheels so I could see if I have a problem.

Mine's a standard FF with the RS stamped inlet if it has any effect

All figures given as Max outputs :)

Wheels ~ 151.3 BHp
Engine ~
183.8 BHp
Torque ~ 153.8 lbft
I was chuffed :approve:

  Clio 182
Wheels ~ 147 bhp
Engine ~ 175 bhp
Torque ~ 153.72 Nm

That was with a dirty air fliter and box
Cleaned it out and goin to do a new run with no AV and bigger CAF's!
Also going to go for the Decat!

Also run using a RSTuner and not a RR so may be higher!
