Had this Megane today for a mini detail.

The owner wanted a sealant on it to protect it over the winter.

I tacked the wheels first. Hit them with Bilberry first and then cleaned them using various brushes with Carpro reset in hot water.

Then onto the rest of the car with signiature group bug remover followed by signature group Apple candy snow foam (this stuff smells absolutely awesome and is very very thick)

2 bucket method wash with Carpro Reset and a Carpro micro fibre mitt.

Decontaminated with IronX (2 hits) rinsed, washed and rinsed again.

Then gave it a coat of Carpro Hydro2, rinsed and dried with my new Carpro drying towel (awesome bit of kit).

Used Auto Finesse metal polish on the exhaust surround which was in a right state. Don’t think it had ever been cleaned before.

Finally the tyres got a layer of Signature group tyre dressing.

To be honest this car really does need a good claying and a 2 stage machine polish. The owner has said that they may want me to take care of it another time but I think I’ll recommend waiting until the start of summer next year now.

Here’s the final result. Despite it needing a good polish it still came up pretty nice.

Looks grand

Them front splitters always fade like f**k. I coat mine weekly with new look trim gel. Leave it any longer and it goes all streaky/faded

I’ll probably give the splitter a lick of Dlux if the owner decides to let me fully detail and polish it at some point.

She was well pleased and she wants me to do her husbands Jag XFR and she’s also got a 197 she wants doing as well.

Great job on the cleaning but that car looks so underwhelming for a Renaultsport... black wheels on the dark coloured car, the silver detailing, the stickers, just nah :(
