RS Tuner advice/help

I want to get a RS tuner for my Clio, but from what I've read on here you have to remap via a laptop ? I'm not very good with computers so I'm on here to see if there's anybody on here in the fife area selling a RS Tuner that could help me remap my Clio ?

PayPal + Credit card and a really random/hardcore password and you will be fine.

Besides if you don't like paying for things over the internet how on earth will you get the maps + unlock code
