RS Tuner and MPG

Did a search but not the answer I was hoping for, anyway does the RS Tuner increase the MPG of a 182?

Cool, will work out which offers a better gain the RS or the Ktec one as I do a lot of motorway driving in the Clio

I would just get the RSTuner from fastchip as the k-tec one is a shocking price for the same thing.. Also the RSTuner has loads of other usable things on it and can buy add ons for airbag control etc.

Which map is meant to give mpg gains, the 98 ron? That's what my new 182 has on it but it's early days to say if it's better or worse.

I had my 172 remapped last May by Paul at RS Tuning. He altered the fuel map to make it more linear and smooth and it has improved the MPG on a long run and made it much more responsive.

Put my rs tuner map on tonight should know with in a few days if the mpg is better , cold driving is so much better now tho lol

my mpg went up ever so slightly when i uploaded the 98 ron map, but hardly noticeable.
But that's not why I mapped it anyway

This, RS tuner is a great bit of kit.
